1. Introduction

Welcome to Blogima! By using our browser extension, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the extension. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the extension immediately.

2. Use of the Extension

Blogima is a tool designed to assist Ghost bloggers in managing and optimizing their internal linking. The extension provides features including AI-powered link suggestions, broken link detection, post health analytics, and autolink rules. By using this extension, you agree to:

• Use the extension only for its intended purposes.
• Not misuse the extension by attempting to harm its functionality, disrupt other users, or engage in unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate and valid information when required (e.g., Ghost domain and Content API key).
• Understand that certain AI-powered features require an OpenAI API key, which you must provide separately.
• Acknowledge that the extension uses backend services for link checking and AI data processing, which may require internet connectivity.

2.1 Extension Permissions

Blogima requests permission to inject content scripts into all websites (`<all_urls>`). This permission is required for technical reasons, but the extension only activates and processes data on websites matching your configured Ghost domain. The extension does not collect, process, or transmit data from any other websites.

2.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving all link suggestions before applying them to your content
• Ensuring that all content modifications made using the extension comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-powered suggestions before implementing them

Blogima provides suggestions but does not guarantee their accuracy or appropriateness. You retain full ownership and responsibility for all content modifications made using the extension.

3. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Blogima solely for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• The Ghost domain, admin domain, and Ghost Content API key you provide are accurate and securely stored.
• If you choose to use AI-powered features, your OpenAI API key is valid, secure, and used in compliance with OpenAI's terms of service.
• You are responsible for any costs incurred through your use of OpenAI services.
• The use of the extension complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Your browser and system meet the technical requirements to run the extension.
• You maintain appropriate backups of your data, as the extension stores data locally in your browser.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

6. Third-Party Services

Blogima uses the following third-party services to provide functionality:

• Blogima Backend API: Our backend service is used for checking broken internal links and processing data for AI-powered search features. When using these features, URLs and text content are transmitted to our backend service.
• OpenAI API:AI-powered features such as title and description suggestions require an OpenAI API key, which you must provide. When you use these features, your post content is sent directly to OpenAI using your API key. Your use of OpenAI services is subject to OpenAI's terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for any costs associated with your OpenAI API usage.
• Cloudflare R2 (Cloud Storage): Data used for AI-powered features is stored in Cloudflare R2 cloud storage to enable efficient distribution. This data is generated from your post content.
• PostHog (Product Analytics): Used to measure onboarding completion and product reliability in a pseudonymous way. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on the categories of analytics data we collect and how we handle it.

By using Blogima, you acknowledge that these third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, and you agree to comply with them where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Blogima extension and its associated content, including logos, designs, and functionality, are the intellectual property of Blogima. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the extension without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blogima shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the extension.
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions in the functionality of the extension.
• Unauthorized access to or use of your data resulting from your failure to secure your API keys or browser.
• Any costs, damages, or issues arising from your use of OpenAI services, including but not limited to API usage costs, rate limits, or service interruptions.
• Data loss resulting from local browser storage, extension uninstallation, or browser data clearing. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
• Content modifications made using the extension. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all suggestions before applying them.

8.1 Service Availability

Backend services are provided on a "best effort" basis:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability of backend services
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions
• Some features may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to Blogima without notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that compromise the integrity of the extension.
